The guarantee covers installation, workmanship and performance of product.

The steel used in manufacture of the spouting is supplied by Pacific Coilcoaters. they provide their own manufacturers warranty which covers the colour and stability of their own product. (please note the terms and conditions relating to 'unwashed areas' as covered in the Pacific Coilcoaters Technical manual). the copper and brass used with continuous copper spouting and brackets is covered for a minimum of 20 years.
